FAQ's

When will my order be shipped?

All our orders placed are subject to a handling period prior to shipment, this can take our distributors circa 1 business day.

You will then receive a notification confirming shipment and full tracking information. In many instances, to save you money, we are shipping directly from the manufacturer. To provide the best products at the most affordable price, we often ship directly from our manufacturer. Please allow between 5 to 7 business days to receive your order and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. My Snuggle Dog can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstances. My Snuggle Dog will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 30-days of delivery. To initiate your return please contact us by emailing info@mysnuggledog.com to receive your returns number. Any unauthorised returns may result in refunds being delayed.

If your item is received damaged please email us a photo showing the damage, which will allow us to review and assist appropriately.

If you decide you would like to return an item that is not damaged, please notify us by email and we will provide you with instructions and a return address. Please ensure the item is returned in unused condition and upon receipt we will process the refund for you, as quickly as possible.

If you have ordered in error please follow the above process and we will be happy to refund the original purchase, upon receipt of the returned item. In the meantime, please feel free to either order an alternative or await the refund first, as per the above instructions.  

Please include the returns reference number provided, which will allow us to process the refund as quickly as possible.

Please note the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We would recommend using a trackable shipping service, to monitor your return and ensure delivery.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order once it has been shipped by clicking 'Track My Order' and entering the tracking reference provided within your order confirmation email

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from both credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Where are your products made?

Once we receive your order we often ship directly from our manufacturer via our distribution partner. These locations include the United Kingdom, China and the United States. 

Will my items arrive in one parcel?

We try to reduce packaging wherever we can, but sometimes your items may arrive in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

30-day Refund Policy

Any product with a 30-day money back guarantee entitles you to a free replacement or refund if your item breaks or you are unhappy with the quality of the product within 30-days of delivery. Please just let us know at info@mysnuggledog.com

Why don't I see the same offer on your website, which is advertised on Facebook?

This is because it's one of our historic advertisements or posts, which have been shared or liked by one of our customers/followers. Sorry for any confusion. 

How do you determine the "Compared At" price?

We obtain these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.
